Cool Online Offers is an affiliate
program that pays you each time a surfer installs our software on their
computer. You promote our software by advertising our free download offers
(e.g., emoticons/smilies, screen savers, toolbar, etc.). After you have
selected and added the codes/banners to your pages, and your surfer clicks
on them, it will prompt them with the choice of installing the applicable
free offer package. If your surfer accepts, they will receive their free

Our Pay Period is the 1st through
the 15th of each month. Pay Period two is the 16th to the end of the
